    I don't understand 😭😭😭 this says your recipe on your blog: Don’t use hot coffee: Brew your coffee and then pop it in the fridge for ten minutes to cool it down so that you don’t scramble the eggs in your batter!

    I've wondered this; since coffee has caffeine, does that mean there will be lots of caffeine from the coffee in the cake, or does the baking process eliminate that?
