Welcome back to my Tips & Tricks series where I am going to show you various how to makes and how to use videos. For this next video I wanted to show you two videos in one… the microwave method, and how to make black buttercream.
This is a method used for creating coloured buttercreams, so I thought I’d show you how! These sorts of things are much easier to learn on a visual, so this video is perfect! 🙌❤️ Yes, you do need a microwave, but the theory of the video may still help you if you don’t have one.

Recipe
■ 250g unsalted block butter
■ 500g icing sugar
■ 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
■ Strong black food colouring
