For the Cake
■ 250 g unsalted butter
■ 250 g caster sugar
■ 250 g self raising flour
■ 5 medium eggs
■ Zest of 2 lemons (or 2tsp lemon extract)
■ 75 ml lemon juice
■ 75 g caster sugar
■ 50 g icing sugar
■ 1-2 tsps lemon juice
■ Lemon zest

  1. I would say without a doubt that this is the best lemon drizzle recipe I have used. I certainly won't entertain any other anymore. I do use more lemon zest and lemon juice…. but that's just me. Everyone loves it. Thanks Jane 😊😊

  2. im sorry but i cant take my eyes on the dirt or stain from your mixer. Not the first video which I spotted those dirt. Perhaps you can clean it..?
