2-INGREDIENT COCONUT MACAROONS
These coconut macaroons only require 2 ingredients, are GLUTEN-FREE, and incredibly EASY to make.
You’ll need 200 grams of shredded coconut and 200 grams of condensed milk.
Mix the ingredients together, let it sit for an hour to allow the coconut to absorb the milk thoroughly, then shape it into small balls.
Bake them for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
